CLASS DESCRIPTIONS FOR
3PS TRAINING & CONDITIONING
Team Training (12-21 Players)
In season or out of season – stay together as a team or group while being trained at a very up-tempo pace while gaining accelerated foot speed, balance, quickness, agility, and explosive power. Whatever your multi-directional sport, gain an edge on your competition by training like the pros. As strength and conditioning coaches -- our primary focus is on your team's improved level of conditioning. Coaches, allow us to fine tune your athletes while you concentrate on game time skills, systems, and preparations.
Co-Ed Group Circuit Training Classes (10 - 21+ Persons)
A rigorous but fun workout routine geared for the men & women not involved in sporting activities, but still wanting to remain strong, healthy, and fit. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast you will enjoy participating in this challenging but fun one hour circuit training workout! This group circuit training workout is always lead by an experienced 3PS coach who will help motivate, guide, and assist you with every exercise in helping you maintain and/or improve your current level of fitness.
These coached led Circuit Training Classes will be offered M, W, F from 5:30pm-630pm.
Scheduling (Coming Soon). Days and hours will be added and/or adjusted as demand dictates.
In-Home Personal Training (1 Person)
This is for the individual (man or women) in whatever condition who no longer desires a fast paced sports performance training regimen, but still wants to be stronger, healthier, and have more get-up-and-go. Gain more energy, strength, flexibility, plus balance & coordination as you train in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
